Our cozy house, which is built in the traditional Bavarian style, is close to the center of Partenkirchen.

The sunny holiday apartments are furnished with much attention to detail. They are available for 1-5 guests and provide 731 to 1227ft

The apartments offer a unique view of the ski jumping arena as well as of the Bavarian mountain range, extending from the  “Zugspitze” to the “Wetterstein”.
They are also a great starting point to go to the many cable cars, ski slopes,  cross-country courses, hiking trails and to the innumerable mountainlakes  as well as the spacious indoor swimmingpools, which offer you extensive wellness. Our house is situated close to the historical center of Partenkirchen and you can reach  the free local bus  in 2 minutes on foot.
Our  house is led by our family and was  built in 2003/2004.

The apartments are decorated with traditional Bavarian- style furniture.

Our apartments have floor heating with individual temperature control. Every apartment offers separate bed rooms, a living room, a kitchen with dish water, a main bathroom with shower and/or bathtub and a guest toilet. They are also equipped with satellite TV, a stereo system, an in-room safe, radio alarm clocks, a hair dryer, bed linen and towels. The apartments provide a southern balcony or a southern terrace with garden furniture.

Free internet Wi-Fi is included.

Please note that all apartments are “Non-Smoking”
