– For a stay less than five days we calculate the prices of the main season
– Your apartment is ready for you at 3:00p.m. at the latest (depending on the departure day of the previous guests) Furthermore, we would ask you to tell us your expected arrival time.
-We ask you to leave the apartment till 10a.m. on your departure date, so we can offer the next guests a tidy holiday apartment.
– Final cleaning costs 65,- Euro.
– If you cancel the order of the holiday flat, we will certainly try to rent it to someone else. But should we not find another renter, we will charge you 80% of the former travel price. To prevent this unpleasant situation, we recommend travel cancellation insurance.
